Refund Policy

Effective date: May 24, 2026.

You can cancel your EverGantt subscription at any time, and we offer a good-faith refund on your most recent charge. This page explains how cancellations and refunds work for the subscription Service. All payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record, so refunds are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel directly from the app, which takes you to the Paddle customer portal to manage your subscription. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again. There's no cancellation fee.

Refund window

If you change your mind, we offer a good-faith refund on your most recent charge within 7 days, provided you haven't yet used the Pro product meaningfully during that period. Approved refunds are processed via Paddle.

Annual plans

For annual subscriptions, where a charge falls outside the standard refund window we may, at our discretion, issue a prorated credit or refund for the unused portion of the term. Reach out and we'll work with you.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] or use our contact form with the email address on your account (and your order or invoice number if you have it). Because Paddle is the merchant of record, Paddle issues the approved refund back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days to appear.

Legacy one-time buyers

If you previously made a one-time purchase of the native Mac app, the original 7-day one-time refund policy still applies to that past purchase. This subscription policy governs the EverGantt web service.
