EverGantt

Terms of Service

Effective date: May 24, 2026.

These Terms govern your access to and use of EverGantt (the "Service"), a hosted web application provided by Lightbound LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

EverGantt is a hosted web application for planning and tracking work on Gantt-style charts. It includes a free tier that lets you build, edit, and export charts in your browser, and a paid subscription that adds cloud saving, reopening your projects from anywhere, and team collaboration. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

To use the paid Service you need an account. Authentication is handled by Clerk. You are responsible for your account and credentials and for all activity that occurs under them, and you agree to keep your credentials secure. An account is for one person — logins may not be shared. Teams cost nothing extra: every member of a team maintains their own individual Pro subscription, and a team admin is responsible for the conduct of the members they add.

3. Subscriptions and billing

The paid Service is offered as a per-user subscription at $/user/month or $/user/year, billed through Paddle, our merchant of record. Each user subscribes individually; a team has no separate charge — every member of a team simply keeps their own Pro subscription. Key billing terms:

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

5. Your content

You own your project data. You retain all rights to the charts and content you create. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, store, process, back up, and display your content to you and to the team members you authorize, solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and we will not use it for advertising.

6. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, and the Service may occasionally be unavailable. You are responsible for keeping your own exported copies of important work.

7. Disclaimer of warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lightbound LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lightbound LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. On termination, you may export your data for a period of 30 days, after which your project files are deleted from our storage. See our Privacy Policy for details on deletion.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The Service is provided by Lightbound LLC.

12. Legacy buyers

If you previously purchased the one-time native Mac app, that copy remains governed by its original end-user license agreement (EULA). These Terms govern the EverGantt web service.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
