Why
Because you’re doing good work in the world, and we want to help you do more of it. The organizations running food programs, clinics, conservation projects, and community campaigns are coordinating real, complicated work, and that work shouldn’t have to route around a tool that charges by the head. So for nonprofits, it’s free.
The work outlives the people doing it
Nonprofits run on volunteers and part-time staff, which means people rotate through. The person who knew exactly how last year’s gala came together moves on, and if the plan lived in their inbox and their head, it leaves with them.
That’s the real case for a single source of truth here. Put the program on a timeline so the sequence and deadlines are plain: grant milestones, the event date everything points at, who owns each piece.
